Payment and Delivery:

The kitten is sent to the buyer only after full payment. 

The kitten is considered to be reserved only after a deposit of 50% of the full value of the kitten is made be the buyer. The deposit is not refundable and in case the buyer refuses to buy a kitten the deposit is considered as a compensation for keeping, caring for the kitten and for lost opportunities to sell it.

Delivery of a kitten is not included in the price and is paid separately by the buyer. If the kitten has not been sold before he/she reaches 3 months of age, the deposit will not be refunded and the kitten will become available for sale again.

Basic Terms:

AVAILABLE - kitten is available for sale. You can buy him/her or reserve him/her (depending on the age).

RESERVED - a deposit has been made for the kitten and he/she is preparing to move to a new family.

SOLD - kitten has been sold.

NFS - the kitten remains in the cattery.

Together with the kitten you receive:

- transfer of ownership (document confirming that you are the owner of the kitten);

- veterinary passport with all the vaccinations;

- 24/7 informational support on the kittens care;

- pedigree certificate (if the kitten is purchased for breeding & show).

Additional Information:

It is not easy to buy an exotic cat of a good quality. To do this, you need to approach with special responsibility and a subtle professional approach.

Before you decide to buy an exotic, you need to determine for what purpose you want to buy a kitten for yourself - just for yourself "for the soul", or how it is said "for your pillow" or you need a cat for breeding.

Exotic breed was and remains one of the most expensive breeds of cats in the world and it is very significant to understand that cheap exotic kittens of good quality simply do not exist. Be sure if you come across an inexpensive kitten of an exotic breed and you are told that it is a show class - this is not true. Unscrupulous breeders can save on cat food, vaccinations, cosmetics tools and as a result you get a physically weak and, possibly, not healthy kitten. Moreover, such kittens very often are not socialized (!!!) and will be afraid of your hands. The purchase of an inexpensive kitten will most likely lead you to the time waste for treating and putting the kitten in the appropriate condition and with the time flow you will most likely meet a lot of "pitfalls".

An exotic kitten cannot cost cheaply due to a large number of factors. First of all, exotics are the hard breed in breeding. Quite often the breeder does not sleep at night during kittensbirth, sometimes it is needed to feed the newborn kittens with artificial food, it is needed to clean everything on a daily basis, sometimes the veterinary services are used. In addition to this, preparation for exhibitions and participation in them requires considerable financial costs, as well as the professional photographer services are not cheap. Exotic cat is very sensitive, so high-quality professional cosmetics (lotions for eyes/face cleaning, tearstains removing powder, shampoos, masks, conditioners, etc.) cost  super-expensive.

So no wonder that the price for the kitten is corresponding, but also ask yourself: "Do you have enough time for a cat and are you ready for financial expences that you will have after a kitten will enter your home?" The kitten will require constant attention and love, you will need to provide the same high quality cosmetics and food of the super-premium class.

Кошеня відправляється покупцеві тільки після повної його оплати. 

Кошеня вважається зарезервованим, тільки після внесення депозиту 50% повної вартості кошеня, який не повертається і в разі відмови покупця від кошеня вважається компенсацією за утримання, догляд за кошеням та за втрачені можливості по його продажу. 

Доставка кошеня не входить у вартість і оплачується окремо покупцем. Якщо кошеня не було викуплено до досягнення ним/нею 3 місячного віку, депозит в такому випадку не повертається і кошеня стає знову доступним для продажу.

Основні терміни:

AVAILABLE - кошеня доступне для продажу. Ви можете його купити або зарезервувати (в залежності від віку).

RESERVED - за кошеня внесений завдаток і воно готується до переїзду до нової родини.

SOLD - кошеня продано.

NFS - кошеня залишається в розпліднику.

Разом з кошеням Ви отримаєте:

- трансфер на володіння кошеням (документ, підтверджуючий, що Ви є власником кошеня);

- ветеринарний паспорт з усіма щепленнями;

- цілодобову інформаційну підтримку по догляду за кошеням;

- родовід (якщо кошеня купується з метою подільшого розведення & шоу).

Придбати екзота хорошої якості досить не просто. Для цього потрібно підійти з особливою відповідальністю й тонким професійним підходом. 

перш за все потрібно визначитися для якої мети Ви хочете придбати  кошеня - просто для себе "для душі", або як ще кажуть "на подушку", чи Вам потрібен котик для розведення.

Екзотична порода була і залишається однією з найдорожчих порід кішок у світі і дуже важливо розуміти, що дешеві кошенята екзоти хорошої якості просто не існують. Будьте певні, якщо Ви натрапили на  недороге кошеня екзотичної породи і Вам кажуть, що воно шоу-класу - це не є правда. Недобросовісні заводчики можуть зекономити на харчуванні, щепленнях, засобах догляду і в результаті Ви отримаєте фізично ослаблене і, ймовірно, не здорове кошеня. Більше того, такі кошенята дуже часто не соціалізовані (!!!) і будуть боятися Ваших рук. Придбавши недороге кошеня Вам швидше за все доведеться витратити масу часу та коштів для лікування і приведення кошеня в належний стан і з часом випливе чимало "підводних каменів". 

Кошеня екзот не може коштувати дешево через велику кількість причин. Перш за все, екзоти є важкою породою в розведенні. Не рідко доводиться не спати ночами під час пологів, іноді вигодовувати вручну кошенят, на постійній основі потрібно прибирати, часом виникає необхідність у ветеринарних послугах. Крім цього, підготовка до виставок та участь в них вимагає чималих фінансових витрат, також послуги професійного фотографа коштують недешево. Екзот - тварина дуже чутлива, тому якісні професійні косметичні засоби (лосьйони для вмивання, пудра для слізних доріжок, шампуні, маски, кондиціонери тощо) зачасту вартують супер-дорого.

Саме тому і ціна відповідна. Тому, задайте собі питання: "Чи готові Ви до значних часових та фінансових витрат, які Ви матимете після здійснення купівлі кошеня?" Кошеня буде вимагати постійної уваги та любові, його потрібно буде забезпечити такими ж якісними косметичними засобами та кормом супер-преміум класу.
